Hi all!

I have been looking these K bikes for quite long and reading about building one as a cafe racer. Last spring I found the perfect one to build, maybe not the perfect but its

 the most cheapest in Finland.

The bike is 1985 and it has been sitting in a basement for several years. I did some minor repairs: oil change, petrol change, all rubber parts witch are related to fuel/air, sent injectors to be fixed. And voila, it was running. I decided to built it fast and get some experience about the bike. Here is how she came up for the first summer:85 K100 Cafe Racer 210

Now the bike already starting its new life. Coming up: Fork conversion front + back, wheels front + back, all parts painted, new cluster, new headlight, new seat etc.

Will keep you updated.

Now I am waiting some new parts arrive and really get going with the assembly. Some more parts has to bought to get this finalized: new tires, BEP 3.0 + speedo, seat cover, headlight (currently I have this led headlight, but I dont like it).

I've got a classic style lucas headlight but with a LED bulb that looks lovely and vintage you could explore that, the bulb was just from eBay and the headlight and bucket from lucas' website. I could send you links.

I can't find the exact one I bought but this is very similar https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/H4-LED-Conversion-Bulb-Diamond-White-For-Motorcycle-Triumph-BSA-Norton-Harley/174005613302?hash=item28838af2f6:g:4fAAAOSweXddXptJ

Then the codes for the bucket and headlight are below I got mine from Ebay but I dont know how available they are:

Bucket: LU5411506UB
Headlight: LU26570083R

Some progress has been done:
All the wiring is back, besides handlebar cables and tail lights.
Still waiting my orders: new clip ons, brakelines, headlight bracket etc.
Not much do before those arrive.

After the picture I have fitted also intake system, radiator, wires etc..

Now I have to figure out where to put ECU, so its somehow waterproof place.. Suggestions?
