I'm replacing all my in tank fuel system goods. I also plan to replace the fuel pressure regulator, and injectors whilst at it. Has anyone used the cheap injector set available on eBay for under 40 dollars? I may just have mine refurbished.....

If you want. I'll give you the set I bought if you pay for the mail.  They ran so rich that I fouled a new set of plugs in about 15 minutes of running time.  I replaced them with a set of used injectors that worked better than the eBay set.

Ok, IF I do narrow my trouble down to the fuel pressure regulator, how much of a pain is it to get to? I mean since it's under and behind the friggin airbox....

I know what at least one of my problems is....was. I got a batch of such crappy gas, I had to go thru three fuel filters AFTER I though I cleaned the tank out from all the debris that was in the gas! I think it finally puked my fuel pump so im installing a new one since the bike was new....its about time I guess. So needless top say, I don't want to have to replace the FPR. I am going to remove and have the injectors rebuilt and serviced.

They did give me the opportunity to go through the entire engine control system with a fine tooth comb trying to figure out why it ran so rich it flooded and fouled plugs so badly.  Tore the whole bike apart troubleshooting after just finishing a complete restoration.  Garbage!
