Hello all:
I found a K75 C in unused condition, being stored for 15 years.

As I have spent many many miles on my K75S in past years, I could not resist the Brick. Recently finished a restoration and sale of a AirHead R75/6 so this was a purely emotional purchase in the spring of this year.

Appreciate the wealth of knowledge and advice on the site so thank you in advance.

Bike ran great to start but I tock it on a 300K ride and had to get a tow home the last 15K... sudden death syndrome. Have spent the last months diagnosing the cascading faults: bad battery terminal - fuel pump - filter - hoses - relay - tank fuel level sender - 4 port new injectors = all replaced.
The speedo quit at the same time, bad connectors, but hard to diagnose.
Removed the factory windshield as dont like the buffeting.

Long story short, its running perfectly now. Good thing I have other bikes to ride my current favourite being a much modified Royal Enfield 650.

Welcome!  I understand the problem with the S windshield buffeting.  I purchased a used windshield and cut off about 4 inches(I'm in the U.S.)  and found the clean air around my helmet quite nice.Greetings from Vancouver island Dscn2917
