I recently became a BMW MOA member, primarily to get access to this forum, and then learned about the anonymous book.  A friend and I are leaving the MSP area tomorrow morning, heading down to St. Louis MO, following the Mississippi River there and back and we're considering using the book to find lodging, camping etc.  Has anyone else on here used the anonymous book to find lodging, camping, etc on a trip or provided lodging, services, etc to other travelers?  Seems like there must be some good stories out there and I'm hoping to hear some of them.
