Looking to replace the factory shock and thought I’d reach out here for recommendations.

So far the YSS it looking good circa $300 AUD
Any other suggestions?

Even the cheapo YSS (ME302-350T-01) works OK.  I ran one of those on my K75 when my Wilbers was in for service and it performed OK. (But I never ran it with a touring load.)

I think the YSS MZ366-350TRL-01 is a good bang for the buck - even if it's only an Australian buck. Twisted Evil

I run the ME302-350 with a touring load and a trailer, some of it 2 up. 

My 83 RS came with 29k miles and with the standard shock. I swapped it with the 350 thats on my 84RT. It has done 25k miles on the RS [lots of it with the trailer] including France Spain and UK trips and about 40k miles on the RT including a few France trips.

No issues with it. I have it since 2014.

I just got another 83 K on 19 March but its got a Hagon on it. 

You won't beat the ME302-350 for value for money. I have had 2 MZ366 fail on me though.
