My wife and I have spent quite a lot of time in a small town (Carvoeiro) down in the Algarve. So far we've had exactly one day of rain and that was during a September trip. It still wasn't cold though!

Yes, even on the winter, in the Algarve doesn't rain a lot! Near Carvoeiro you have Porches (and many Porsches also... ) and it's just perfect, i love the place!
