While perusing eBay one fine day I discovered this kewl little device. Since the advent of must-have electronic distractions like your phone or GPS, Bluetooth headsets, & etc., that you must take along on your individual road to freedom, I've found that keeping them sufficiently charged up has been a bit of a bother. Often I try a few quick minutes of charge when stopped for lunch or at the servo getting "gas" or at ride's end. Sure, there are 12V BMW accessory port connectors, often with too-heavy cables that you can't trust to stay put as you roll down the road.
With a metal, hinged bar mount that uses a 3mm allen head screw and a soft rubber damper band for 22mm 'bars, or without the band for larger, 25.4mm 'bars, are dual USB-A & C connections with "water resistant" covers that click into a slot when not in use, and a fused, 59"/150cm SAE-type lead direct to battery.
It fits really well and sorta looks like it was made for the bike. I loosened the two T25 Torx screws that support the mirror and front master cylinder and slid it over just a few mm's to create some space between the combi switch assembly and the mirror stem around the 22mm handlebar, in this case on my K1200R.
I bought two so I can fit one to either Big Block or my K1300GT. HERE on eBay is a link to where I found them. I'm sure they can be had for less, maybe on AliExpress or other site, but I paid US$17.50 plus 10% tax for each of them. It even comes with a 3mm allen tool. I used a coupla zip-ties (black, not red ) to tuck the excess wire away.
I'm not affiliated in any way with the manufacturer or the seller.
