Here's the light control (Right side) on the back we will remove the piece that holds the wires, removing the screw marked with arrow

The light control (Right side) 001

Removing this screw allows us to pull the turn signal switch to remove

The light control (Right side) 002

Now let's remove the screw holding the button turn signal cancellation. You have to pay special attention, because in this hole there's the light switch screw marked with the black arrow, note that the cancellation is in a vertical plane while the light is in a horizontal plane.

The light control (Right side) 003

This is the position of the screwdriver to remove the screw-flash cancel button

The light control (Right side) 004

When you start to loosen the screw, you must be careful to hold the button, so do not jump the ground and slip

The light control (Right side) 005

In the button you can see the pier and slip switch

The light control (Right side) 006

The light control (Right side) 007

And what is your position.

The light control (Right side) 008

Now you can see the screw on the remote control of lights, as I said this is in a horizontal plane.

The light control (Right side) 009

The light control (Right side) 010

Never remove the screw holding the plastic before.

The light control (Right side) 011

The light control (Right side) 012

Carefully remove the slide it is below the pier and the steel ball.

The light control (Right side) 014

The steel ball is often left in the hole, look carefully.

The light control (Right side) 015

When you remove these screws has been very careful with contact steel ball and spring brass

The light control (Right side) 016

The light control (Right side) 017

Now carefully lift the white slide

The light control (Right side) 018

You can see the spring contact and the ball

The light control (Right side) 019

The light control (Right side) 020

Your turn to clean

The light control (Right side) 021

Dismantle the emergency stop

The light control (Right side) 022

With a small screwdriver you a little leverage

The light control (Right side) 023

Remember holding work when removing red cables, since the part which is also very sensitive

The light control (Right side) 024

The light control (Right side) 025

Do not miss these two springs

The light control (Right side) 026

The light control (Right side) 027

As the cable sheath is too damaged, you can put some heat shrink, we need to remove the connector

The light control (Right side) 031

With a small screwdriver do a bit of pressure to bend a small tabs that keep out the contact back. Look at the following two photos

The light control (Right side) 032

By pressing the tabs have collapsed, allowing passage through the plastic connector

The light control (Right side) 033

Now we have to open the tabs, so that when we insert the contacts into the connector, are set

The light control (Right side) 034

With a little patience is out the connector.

The light control (Right side) 038

This is the reason for removing the connector

The light control (Right side) 039

The light control (Right side) 042

Apply heat

The light control (Right side) 043

The light control (Right side) 044

Cleaning and lubrication

The light control (Right side) 045

That's how the contacts were dirty

The light control (Right side) 046

I had a problem with the intermittent contact

The light control (Right side) 047

We pulled the pin
The light control (Right side) 048

The dirt was widespread, clean and assemble

The light control (Right side) 050

More cleaning

The light control (Right side) 052

We cleaned

The light control (Right side) 053

Clean and lubricated (Vaseline)

The light control (Right side) 055

Clean and grease

The light control (Right side) 056

The light control (Right side) 058

The light control (Right side) 059

This part is very delicate, the contact is easily damaged, and if you lose your way will cost you to make it work well so arming you patience.

The light control (Right side) 060

All clean and ready for lubricating oil on

The light control (Right side) 061

Already lubricated and cleaned contact

The light control (Right side) 062

You must be very careful when mounting the slide with the contact and spring, spring ball and the ball, holding the whole loosely and put the screw.

The light control (Right side) 063

The ball is under the dock

The light control (Right side) 064

We present the slide while holding the whole

The light control (Right side) 065

And finally look with screw

The light control (Right side) 066

EThis is the smallest screw, if you put another in his place, you can remove the front and not look good.

The light control (Right side) 067

We will mount the flash cancel button, you can now take advantage of and clean up a little, well, you can carefully review the outline of the symbol, with a permanent marker.

The light control (Right side) 068

Clean and lubricated

The light control (Right side) 069

Hold it while you put the screw

The light control (Right side) 070

Remember that in this there is the sliding screw the lights but on another level.

The light control (Right side) 071

And finally put in place the right turn signal button and screwed.

The light control (Right side) 072

The light control (Right side) 073

this. this, this is all folks.

Regards
