The breather plug on mine is missing the cap so water could be getting in that way but how does the plug come out is it a screw in or tap in as I cannot see how the ventilation works as it looks sealed to my eyes many thanks in advance Coopz

The breather cap is mounted on a thin walled metal sleeve, which is press fitted in the FD housing.
