Head back to the portal and you will find the link to the Interactive Wiring Diagrams from there you will see the one highlighting the Fuel Pump.

They are your best starting point. When checking fuses it's best to not just eye ball them but "prove" they work either using a multimeter or swap it for a known good one of the same rating.

You should be able to trace it to the following items:

Fuse 6
Fuel Pump Relay
....

The fuel pump relay circuit is wired a bit different on a Motronic equipped model.
I would guess that the reason to the problem is a malfunctioning sidestand switch.

Have a look at this thread.

I reckon Inge is bang on the money here - my K1100 suffers regularly from the side-stand cut out switch issue, especially after riding when roads are wet. I regularly douse it with GT85 spray (WD40 would do the same job) Wink

I had the same issue a little while back. It turned out to be the sidestand switch. So I took it out and spliced the wires together so I'd never have that problem again. The switch was a little bent though too. This just means I have to make sure the sidestand's up before I go anywhere. I always use the center stand anyways Razz
