ask for help. When collecting forks one feather stuck, I can not get a polished piece. I think that straightened the ring and it's impossible to pull the pen. What to do?

Sorry for my English, was in the garage wrote off the phone. I tried to change the oil seals, finished the right pen. With the left came out the problem. I think is bent on liner pen. He circled in red. Can't parse left feather,I removed the retaining ring, gasket, the steel ring. But the polished piece of shock absorber does not come out of the bottom. How to be?

She has a stroke of about 15 cm, also detail easily rotates.
tried to depict the figure. the service does not offer a guarantee that will gently take apart shock absorber. any ideas are welcome.

Have you removed the bolt at the bottom of the fork leg where the axle is.

I wanted to make a record of the work done, but there was a problem. Once I decide a question here in the description to a photo. I did everything step by step and without haste. When assembling the left pen cartridge problems began, not sat on the left 2 cm before the end and stuck. Not inserted until the end and did not go back, stuck in the end.

If you can get the tube out then check it is straight and check the alloy slider for impact damage.
A word of caution. "Pyramid Parts" are junk and should be avoided. I used Pyramid Parts seals and they failed within 2000km. We have found that the BMW seals are the best to use.

True, I can confirm that.
BMW seals cost 3 times of some no-name scrap. But this very acceptable cost.
