After valve adjusting I mounted valve cover back with some loctite sealant. Does it need to dry few hours, or not? To let it dry over night before engine start again or its irrelevant?

I haven't had any specific experience with Loctite sealant but if it is the usual silicone based sealant then I usually give it 12 hours at least and 24 if possible.
