Hey guys, I am just starting my project, a 1985 rt. I was wondering if the newer 86-92 k100 rs tail section/fairing will fit on my bike?? I know there is a discrepancy between the early and late k seats, but im not sure about the tail section:confused:

Hi ,

early tail sections have the handhold integrated to the seat

all later models: handhold integrated in the tail section.

nevertheless: 1 size fits all

The tail sections are interchangeably but the seats have to be used with the right tail piece. Early tail piece has to have early seat.
