We have a habit of taking pictures of everything. So we have made some riding pictorials. Unfortunately texts are in Finnish but pictures are in all languages...  (there is a "Translate this site" -button on every page but the results are poor.)

Edit: I started wondering if I wrote this under right topic...

I was riding in December first time ever. But this Christmas Eve morning roads suddenly were dry and temperature was about 3-4 Celcius.

I enjoyed looking through your pictures too. I love to travel, but I hate the cold. I moved from England to southern France to escape the cold amongst other things. I am thinking about the direction of Croatia for my next big trip as it is warm and near the sea there.

This is warm winter so far and bike is in everyday use. Las few days temp was 15 - 16, sunny dry roads. Do you need winter tires in Finland? As I understood its obligatory in Germany in winter time. Merry Christmas.

"in Netherlands is also no winter"

Not sure about that! I used to be stationed at RAF Bruggen on the Dutch/German border near Roermond, we used to get a cold snowy winter there.
