Years ago police officers had to be 6 foot tall and near bullet prof , now days they'll have them 4' 6" and riding  scooters, what next ? Hardly surprising that criminal gangs have the upper hand. I'm sure it's comforting to know that our quaint police officers on there scooters are keeping the community safe. Yea sure thing mate !
