Got these two items with my K75RT when I bought it few years back. Never been able to figure out what they are for. Judged by the size and shape of these items it looks as if they could be footrest end weights, but do not fit on my bike anywhere as far as I can see.

Yes, TIV, they are the end weights from the early footrests used with the rubber mounted footrest plates.

Definately a bit odd. I don't think any K75s ever had those.

The Police (where my bike came from) also had two K100 bikes from 1988 or 1999. They probably had this type of footrests. The K75 is so smooth that it doesn´t need rubber mounts and/or end weights.

AFAIK the only Ks that had them were 83 and 84 I think Paul said he has them on his K100RS solo.
