Hi all
I live in Lakes Entrance Victoria Australia,Have been riding a ural outfit for 3 years and are now hooked on 3 wheels.Love my Ural but always wanted a bike to do the big miles a bit easier,at a rally last week came a K 100 with a chair, had heard of them but never seen one.One week later i bought a K100 1984 116000 kms so the project begins, thought this would be a good place to start.Ride Free Everyone

Mods to make:
Get a steel centre fitted to your final drive
Put a brace on the outer side bottom of rear shock absorber
If you can trace him down, get onto John Ceicle in Bendigo
for a grease retainer for the tail shaft to final drive spline
Leading link front end

See you on the road one day

Hi Dave welcome to our little corner of the www
There is a thread here somewhere about fitting sidecars and a few who already have them and are willing to advise.

Hi Dave , welcome to the Knuthaus , I've been told that Lakes Entrance is one of Aus's top spots , with a new K that should make it even better.
good luck with your project , as Rick mentioned once you've acclimatized to the K, and ready to start adding a chair , you might like to look here for inspiration. Ed.

welcome Dave.

As we had a rough winter and cold/wet spring, today was my first ride and I came back home with a huge smile on my face. I had 3 K bikes to chose from and the K100/chair was my first choice. You will get a lot of support on this forum.

Cheers,

CF
