I have read many things but can not find a strait solution. Can i get some help how to wire these babies up. 

I have replaced my big k1100rs tail light ears with this flush ones. I also have this relay http://www.drcproducts.com/elect/d45-69/index.html 

The flasher relay on the bike just likes to buzz with nothing plugged in. Not sure but i also would like to mention i have no highlights or front turn signals plugged in either.

The Noise

I'm pretty sure you can't use the LED relay with the OEM one. The LED relay assumes a 'standard' type indicator circuit which the OEM most certainly is not. Your best bet is four of these: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-Pairs-50W-6-LED-Indicator-Flash-Rate-Relay-Load-Resistor-Bulbs-Ballast-/380958588493?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item58b2e6be4d Note that they go in parallel with the LED indicator and not in series.

Has you used these before. Are they proven to work. Thanks for the info also!

Not on a brick but I have fitted them to a KZ1000 trike and a Guzzi 850T3. ANO too but I'm beat if I can remember what the other one was - a CX500 trike I think. All they do is present a load to the flasher relay that is the equivalent of an incandesant bulb.

Another metod......open the relay, inside you find a IC marked U2043B,
cut or disconnect leg #7 on this IC.

I had trouble after I replace all my bulbs with led ones. I did as Inge suggests. I also ended up removing the relay/sensor as the warning light on the instruments does not recognise leds.

No problem. What relay/sensor are you talking about. where is that located

Been a little while since I did it. I will troll back through my posts and let you know.

"jhouse" that is some almighty relay action going on there ...

sounds like there is an almost open circuit, as the flasher relay is not opening far enough (due to near zero heat effect of load through the relay mechanism )
