1 shock absorber on my EML K100 HW1 was leaking, i am rebuilding it, more pictures and parts will follow, this is the tool i made to release the spring preload, it was not possible to turn it with the supplied tool as it is only about 2mm aluminium plate

still had to put some force on it to get it moving
it fits 4 pins, there are 2 pins in position in the picture, i have glued these in, i could make a drawing with dimensions if someone is interested

does anybody know the quantity of oil that has to be in these shock absorbers from EML?
there are 2 O-rings with outer diameter 46mm and 3mm thickness, 1 O-ring with outer diameter 36mm and 2,5mm thickness, there is one oil seal on the inside without a dustlip, inner diameter 12mm, outer diameter 19mm, the chamber on the inside is 7mm deep and the seal that was fitted was 6,3mm thickness, i believe there are different oil seals possible as long as they are narrower than max 7mm (a  thickness of 5mm could also work).
on the outside is also an oil seal with a dustlip, inner diameter 12mm outer diameter 18mm and the chamber is 5mm deep
a lot of dirt inside:

If the oil appears dirty, be aware that it often has moly in it BUT you have to add moly separate as AFAIAA it cant be bought in any shocker oil off the shelf

the seals supposed to be available but i never received the size i ordered, there is the option of converting to more common oil seals but i am considering to put all new shocks on it as the inner tube is damaged on 3 out of 5 shocks and this will damage the new seals very fast ...
