Need to know what I'm missing to get my brakes working, what I have is pictured. Also have front master cylinder.

Bike used to have ABS, I want to set it up without.

Missing brake parts...What do I need? 20160116_165124_zps0p11xkep

Looking on real OEM there should be a pipe that runs through the stem. Does it have rubber hoses on it that end in car style copper pipe?

Why does one caliper have two ports?

Where do the hoses go that I have?

Thanks for any help.

If you want to go OEM, you need the parts in the drawing...and add one bleed nipple.

Missing brake parts...What do I need? Brems10

Don't know which model you have....the parts drawing is for a RS (diagram #34 0656),
the difference between models is the length of hose #1.

As Inge has pointed out, go to www.realoem.com (or others) and enter some basic info about the bike such as year/model, then look in both sections 32 and 34 for the brake and control pieces. It's also a very good idea to either always state what year and model you have when asking a question that suits a particular model, or even easier, post it to your profile so we don't have enquire. One caliper takes the steel crossover hose. The size ratio of the master cylinders and callipers are ok for both non-ABS or ABS. You don't have to  run the fluid through the steering stem.  Simply double up the two front hoses with a longer banjo bolt at the front master cylinder's outlet.

I would contact a brake hose supplier like HEL or Spiegler and get them to fab up a custom hose kit based on r needs like length, handlebar height, and etc.

Sorry bike is an '89 LT, I have it on my profile, don't know why it's not showing.

Custom hose kit would be nice but don't want to spend that much.

I have found the stem tube with the rubber hoses for sale second hand, but it doesn't have the short metal pipes on the end. Is it the same type of pipe and fittings used on cars and I could just make my own?

No reason why not - it's allowed here in the UK. TWB is dead right about one thing - get rid of the crazy OEM setup and use two pieces of brake line and a double banjo bolt on the master cylinder.

If I got hoses made up what ends would I need for the calipers as they are not banjo fittings?

You can go for banjos - a 45 or 70 degree bend eases fitting - but you're right in thinking that you're be better going for the original type fitment. It's called a 'male brake nut'; you need to measure the length of it but the diameter x thread pitch is 10mm x 1mm.
