I am looking for sources for touchup paint for my 1986 K100 RS.  The code under the seat says 575.  Thanks in advance.

I have not used them myself but they seem to be a noteworthy company

I used them a few years back and was pleased with the quality and service - just make sure you get the petrol resistant lacquer if you are painting your fuel tank. Don't ask me how I know - but it was annoying!

BAE, I know of what you speak regarding regular paint.   I have two tanks that are in terrible shape around the filler and need to be repainted.

How do I find this paint?  I have never seen any paint other than engine enamel mention fuel resistant.

Follow the RS link and look up the clear coat range..,

I went for the simple rattle can to avoid investing in a spray gun etc. (with hind sight, it would have been a good investment), and suffered from the lacquer bobbling around the filler cap due to a few blow backs and dribbles when refuelling, which looks rubbish after all the effort of preparing and painting the bike.

I just tried to use them but their online ordering doesnt give Australia as a shipping option, and the Contact email thing doesnt work either.

Has anybody got another suggestion for a supplier?

I didnt get a send button or any other means of sending it that I could see. Maybe I should try again.

Correction - found it. There is a vertical line in the RHS lower of the page to click on.

Phil are you on the NBN. I am and most of the time I don't get the reply button until I reload the page and it is very definitely the NBN causing it. Also stops in the middle of loading a page on heaps of sites but mainly glumtree.

I use Telstra wireless mobile. Clicking on the little line worked, but the message bounced in any case.
