Greetings fellow brick riders. I'm Chris, a proud owner of an 88 K100 LT for almost 2 months. Off a road bike for almost 10 years, I found my tobacco brown LT as a consignment in the local dealer. So far it's a great machine. So far I've cured the speedometer disease, replaced missing seat hardware, cleaned the grunge and most recently replaced a failing ignition switch and removed some riser/bar backs. Fortunately a Haynes manual came with the bike which I’ve already spent a couple of hours with. I knew that BMW built a fine machine, owned a couple of BMW cars when I lived in Germany, unfortunately this is my first bike from the werks, now know what I've been missing. They can keep their Harleys!

I've spent the past couple of weeks reading through posts here on the forums so I figured it was about time to say hi.

By the way, anyone have a soft copy of the radio manual?

Chris
