Hi folks, this may not sound like your usual K use...but I'm at the drag strip!

I've been playing with a couple of K100's on the strip for the last couple of years.

Broken a few pistons, but had some fun doin it. Very Happy

Thanks peeps,I've been "playing" with K's for the last couple of years.Built up quite a decent collection of spares. Most of the track stuff has involved nitrous oxide, best 1/4 mile to date is 12.04 sec at 124mph.But that was with an almost standard chassis, now it's a lot lower with a locked up swingarm and "tied down" front.

I've built a turbo but had troubles replicating RB's turbo oil syphon.Had it working fine, until you turned the engine off, then the sump emptied thru the turbo.Put a one-way valve in and it didn't syphon.I'll get back on that project this winter.
I have a big injector and 2 airflow meter plenum working very well, this would allow twice as much air flow and the required fuel, than standard.Meaning no additional fuel injection required to sustain running under boost.

However the most fun has been with nitrous,it's a bit hard on pistons, but I'm learning as I go.If I get to some reasonable amounts of added power I'll look into getting some forged pistons.

I'll get you some more info and pics asap.
All the best Nige
