You used to be able to buy such repair kits (bolt, nut, washers, cork seals) in hardware stores. Intended for kettles, not fuel tanks.

Not sure what bothers me more...the leak repair or the fact that they are asking £60 for a scratched, dented, repaired, tank that comes without pump, fuel level sensor or  Fuel cap...and it’s not even the right colour!

I think he's  working on the asking price for other tanks. I've bought a couple of items off him that have been both cheap and good quality.
