I recently aquired an 88 K100LT. Always wanted a K bike. Well since they came out! Now I got one. Now it's stripped to the frame. I read your article about 4 times Frog! And it's on favorites.. I will attempt to do what you have shown us. I will probably be asking questions about body parts soon! For some reason I wonder how it would look with a cafe style set up... And in white! I've had Suzuki's and Yamaha's. Standard bikes. I have an active post about the ripped-in-two clutch disk.
Anyway as an intro. Susi(wife) and I retired from the army. Worked a bit in Northern VA, then moved to Jacksonville, NC. We go camping, canoeing, some NASCAR and watch the grandkids... Hopefully by the spring we will add riding the K-Bike. I hope to meet some of you on the road to wherever! Anyone in my area?
