Welcome to the asylum. We have a pretty active group of Brick knutz in and around Brissie both north and southside. We have organised/disorganised rides camping/cabining and workshop days. Navigational skills unfortunately sadly lacking. Currently a workshop day is in the planning stages and a couple of rides. Where in Brissie are you located?
Regards Martin.

The thing about the K1100RS with a single seat is that they look fast even standing still. Would probably look even faster if it was red... Very Happy

Jamie a couple of guys are currently awaiting parts and once they arrive we'll post more. There are currently two locations open for the next workshop, North Lakes or Tarragindi. Which one is still to be decided as is the date. What happens normally is people requiring assistance post what job they need assistance in doing, if needed we can tell them what parts are required and where to find them. You can post your requirements on the link site. https://www.k100-forum.com/t17110-next-kweensland-k-kronies-kurfari-klub-workshop  which also has the jobs required so far. Between our ride group around 10+ we cover pretty much all the tools required and by picking/pickling brains we can solve most problems.
Regards Martin.

Welcome, Jamie! That seat/cowl looks like a Japanese aftermarket unit that is as rare as unicorn poop. I've been looking for one for about 5 years now with no success. I hope you cherish what you have and maybe remember me if you ever decide to part with it.

It's a MotoCo see http://www.motobrick.com/index.php?topic=7869.msg58672#msg58672 No longer available new. I did find a used one a few years ago, the guy wanted $1500.00 Au excluding freight for it. And .75 is wrong you'd have better luck finding Unicorn poop.
Regards Martin.

Hi Jamie,

i have a 93 K1100RS and live at Ipswich (Leichhardt).
I've had Brum Hilda (she has a fat bum - just like my German mother-in-law) for 20+ years.
If you need tools, workshop manual etc I have them.
Your bike appears to be a 1993 (ABS1) but has later model footplates (ABS2 - 1994 onwards).

Cheers,

Andrew

G,Day Jamie welcome.
Good to see the boys looking after you. I'm down at Ormeau. So i'll catch you on one of the rides. Noticed your photo looks about the same place I bought my K100RS from. Guessing Centrepoint wholesale, Springwood.

Thought I reconized the back drop. They were pretty good to me new tyres, disks & brakes for rego.
I thought my bike was imported from Japan originally, latter found out bike was first sold in Italy thanks to Two Wheels VIN thread. Best regards Poddy
