Is that a factory setup or are rigs like that all made in custom fabrication shops?
The front wheel looks like I could use it as a spare on my Ford Expedition!

Shep, it would have been a custom job. The chair is from a now defunct fabricator 
(Charnwood) on a Watsonian chassis with forks (and probably bike subframe) from Wasp (still a current road and competion fabricator). Built, I believe, around the early 2000’s. PO says the front wheel is a bit vague and would benefit from a slightly narrower tyre. I expect it will need something with less radial tread pattern too. Hoping for delivey next week, and not expecting to do the advertised 194 mph 😂
