Do 100ml and then my bike cuts out won't start change the ICU unit to another one and it starts up no problem same thing again 100 mi cutout change ICU and it will start again why can anyone give me why that does this k100lt 1989.

To make sure it is an ICU overheating problem try hitting it with a shot of Freeze Spray. Available at electronics stores.

scratch Hi mate,just to be clear,have you 2 ICUs that you change over  or a large shed full. Smile
For 2 units to fail in the same way points to a problem causing this to occur. At the point of failure was the unit hotter than one would expect, poor airflow, excessive, engine heat, When unit one has cooled down then refitted does it work or not. scratch

😀 I've got two ICU,yes I agree problem causing this is not the ICU both work but something is not right, yes ICU works the next day 🤔

ICU feels cold

Plug is front right under the tank a flat 5 pin black plastic it's in amongst the nest of wiring fairly close to the ICU.

Rick: AFAIK only the K1200 has a flat five-pin connector. The K100-series are all round five-pin connectors.
