Greetings everyone, just bought a 1989 K100rs with 49k miles earlier this morning, it's got a few issues to be worked out such as a bald front tired and an issue with the front brake ABS but is largely roadworthy already.
This is my first BMW, and my third bike after a 78 Goldwing and a 81 Silverwing.
I look forward to getting it as close to 100% as I can in the months ahead.

Welcome, sounds like your bike is almost broken in.  The crew here has lots of experience reviving these fine machines, so it shouldn't be too long before you are out riding.
