I bought one of the first K100's in Sydney back in 1983 and still own it.
With just over 97,000km's on the clock I've finally opened the drive end because of an oil leak on the final drive.
Despite reading all the cautions about splines etc mine are in perfect condition including the gearbox / clutch splines..........guess I'm a lucky one.

Planning now for a wiring upgrade using M-blue system.  Plenty of other items to look into while its on the hoist..........maybe a cafe coming too.
