Those aren't generic hardware. It's the big finely threaded screw at the top of the steering head.

om a 41.3mm fork tube triple tree, from a K100, according to the seller on FB Marketplace. I'm old and a bit of a Luddite. PayPal is about the limit of my remote pay knowledge. I can send you a check or Postal money order if that works. This is my triple tree. Looking at Laitch's pics, it looks like it is the later 4V bike.
