Hi,
I have a lot of "K" radiator calorstats, but most of them have their seal missing or worn.
I made a search, but didn' find any replacement seal.

the made is Behr-Thomson, but now it is Behr-Mahle i think
The part ref is 1.151.85  (it opens at 85° !), external diameter is 48mm, thickness 2.2mm, flat u shape

Does anybody got a clue to find this seal, BMW frequently uses parts from automotive, so it is possible the calorstat was on a mercedes or other car.

The gasket is a Tridon ttg26. This information was posted on the forum by Charlie99. Here is a link to a catalogue showing which vehicles' thermostats use that gasket. TTG26 is first found in the Daewoo section of the catalogue—p. 12—but is found in other vehicles after the Daewoo section.

Thank you very much

As i guessed, this calorstat was used on many cars, Ford, Suzuki,...
I found an european supplier ( Tridon is Australian ), so i can order these seals (3.2€ each !) EPS FACET 7.9674 or EPS 1.890.674

One more proof you can repare/find after market parts for our K Bikes...

Looks promising and I will post up on the forum if the thermostat seal is the right one unless someone already has that info

EPS FACET 7.9674 or EPS 1.890.674 doesn't fit the thermostat, to thick and a bit too large in external diameter...
Are you sure the Tridon fits  ?

What is the relationship of EPS 1.890.674 to Tridon TTG26? The link you posted leads to an Italian supplier, not  tills.de, Tridon, nor any auto manufacturer. If you received the Tills seal, was the EPS number on the seal?

The relationship is the vehicule setting for both TG26 and EPS 1.890.674. They are supposed to fit the same thermostat...

I haven't ordered Tills seal yet, i was trying to find the correct seal before i knex Tills sells it.

It is the correct vehicle setting but the page indicates by text within a red banner that it does not fit the Daewoo model that you selected. Why? scratch  We'll probably never know. K models calorstat seal 177381 K models calorstat seal Screen26
