motobins in the UK also do these, well in 20 spline anyway. I have used them a couple of times. Any half good engineer can fit them to your old drive shaft.

Any drive shaft/CV joint repair shop should have a lathe set up just for welding and will be able to fit these.

I just shipped off my drive shaft to Bruno's in Canada to have his version of this spline attached (to replace my worn OEM spline). Not too expensive to get done -- under $180.

P.S. Munich Motorcycles has insane prices. Is that normal Down Under?

They are the best in Australia you should see the real expensive ones. Morgan & Wacker $600 for a cam chain kit for my K1100 and Munich is $440 and Motobins in UK was $130 delivered to my mailbox.
They are all screaming thier guts out about us shopping overseas, gee I feel real sorry for them Seen this? Weld-on repair for 16 and 20 teeth splines 44271

Morgan & Wacker $600 for a cam chain kit for my K1100

strange pricing

a complete new BMW original 16v / K1100 cam = 375 € - bought last year in Hamburg

here we have sometimes made bad experience with reanimation of the paralever camshafts - even when repaird by profi companys like Uni-Cardan.

I´d take a new one for the next 150.000 km
