Here are a couple of pics of the bike I picked up Monday night in Baltimore (sorry for the poor quality, these were taken with my cheap phone):

It's a pretty clean bike for being 20 years old. Supposedly, it's a one owner bike. It only has ~41,000 miles or so, and still has the owners manual and the complete original tool kit.

Thanks for all of the positive comments, especially the link to "you've bought a K100, now what".

That site has a wealth of information that will be very useful.

As for the shop, it's a 30' x 40' pole barn I built last summer with my sons. For more than 30 years, I worked on my cars and bikes in the dirt under a tree, but I got too old for that. The only problem is I've almost filled it up already.

If ya had all that stuff under the tree,, musta been a ginormous tree!
Yeh funny how you collect "stuff" over the years..
Ive got bikes in two garages and its still too crowded.
