Hi everyone, My name is Tim and have a 1984 RT. After a couple of different bikes I finally saw the light. Very Happy
I'm looking around to see the caféracer mods but more important the tips, tricks and tools that can help me with maintenance.
I hope to help and give tips where possible.

First mod was a K1100RS rear spring. Great differance Hello from Holland 212902

Welcome to the forum, Tim. I'm sure you'll be happy with the tips and advice you find here.
I recently completed a 2,000 mile tour on my K100RS through Nevada and southern Utah. In Utah I met some of your countrymen there in one of the many beautiful national parks. When speaking to them, I was reminded of how sociable and well educated you folks are. The language abilities of people from your corner of the world always amaze me!
I vow to never again mistake Dutch for German! Rolling Eyes

Welcome to the forum......I'm sure you'll love it here.

I have a question......I need a tank bag....if you ever get time, could you take some detail photos of how where it's attached to the bike (front & sides) and what the attachment clip ends look like?
Could you tell me about your specific bag so I can go looking for one like it????
Thanks, ibj....

Just some old clamps and zippers. Works great with mij MP3 player though.
Don't mind the tank protector stickers. There upside down and meant for the R1150RT. They were cheap en "fit fine" .

Welcome and thanks for the great photos. I think that tank bag can no longer be purchased/found.
You have a rare/valuable part in great condition. Treat it well and cherish it! I want one!
Thanks, ibj...
