My right rearview mirror will not stay secured but I'm not sure why. I've included pictures of both the mirror housing and the bracket.

Please let me know if you see any issues in the pictures or any advice on how to secure.

Thanks!

They are the same as my mirrors, but the pictures are so small that I can't see any detail.

Check the mirror pod. If its like the RT/L T it will have three circular grips that look like they are circles made up of 6 segments or claws that grip the metal domes on the fairing. But if more than one of these segments is broken off then that grip will not stay on. If that has happened with 2 or all 3 of the fixings then you need a replacement mirror as it will keep coming off.

The RS falls straight onto its mirrors meaning they smash to bits before popping off. Both of mine have been Araldited back together internally and the lugs are no longer in quite the right position so they can be difficult to secure at all three points. Do yours look repaired? We can't tell from the pictures, you've posted the thumbnails!
