Hi, my name is Zachary and I am a proud new owner of a Silver 1987 K75S with 80,000km. The idea with this bike is to convert it into a cafe style of bike with that could have been standard from BMW. In other words try to keep as much of the original parts as possible.

Looking forward to discussing this project with members on this forum.

Welcome Zach and a good choice from an unbiased person.  The triple should be a smoother ride and a good fun bike. 

Although you may wish to convert your bike to another style, I would suggest keeping it as is and ride for a while to enjoy it for what it is.  If you do decide to convert it I would be interested in any fairing pieces you may wish to dispose of.   bounce
