K100RT 1984 for sale. Due to a stroke, at 72 I am unable to ever ride again, and rather than let her (Gertie) sit in the garage & slowly deteriorate I have reluctantly decided to sell her to someone who will ride her & not break her up for parts, as I genuinely love this bike !
I am the third owner & have owned her for nearly 22 years & she’s been well looked after.
I had her restored  cosmetically with 2 pack in original colour, & powder coated the wheels & bits & pieces about 10 years ago & still looks good.

EDIT......................SOLD.............To my Son in law, so I'll still be able see her occasionally

Kind of sad to see it sold but maybe a good thing to keep it in the family. It looks a great buy too.

I am hoping you will stay with us on the forum too as 22 years of experience with the K is rather a lot and there must be lots of stories to tell. That is, unless other forum members would prefer you didn't tell them!

Indian036 [Bill] is due here tomorrow and seems we have really excellent bike weather just now. I got up this morning and there was a frost, sun cleared it and its a clear blue sky. Looks very promising for Saturday and for Bill's visit.

Ken its really good you stay in the forum. I have been thinking too for many of us its more than a mere technical thing, its become a way of life and long may it last.
