Hello!
I wounder if there is a OBD on a k100rs from -85, or any digital output??

no ...not at all

that's the short answer

yes digital techniques were used ...but in a totally analogue nature

the first series that were close to digital with possible odb ...were after the k1100 ...so closer to 2000 and the k1200    than 1983-1990  k 100 8 valve
the 16 valve and k1100  were close to that..... but no connector as far as I can remember 

others will chime in with some other results about the first odb connector and year model ...hopefully

Not as far as I know but I believe factory may have had some method of interrogation.
