I have had my new rear tyre delivered today, and have just finished fitting it D.I.Y.Not too difficult really.Tyre is Bridgestone Battleax T30R 160/60ZR18 70W,cost me £95.79p delivered to my door free post.I bought it online from Tyreleader.co.uk.I think these guys are based in Germany but have depots all over Europe, mine was sent from Paris. They have a fitting service on offer but I wasn't prepared to pay £25 to have it done !!I've changed my oil and filter also, oil was Millers Trident semi synth 10w40 5lL cost me £16.10 free post from Signet industrial distribution on e-bay.So I'm feeling quite pleased with myself Very Happy

Yes we have great roads around here, but when I was warming up the oil prior to draining I noticed a drop or two of oil escaping from the clutch push rod arm,the rubber boot was split,I think I overfilled the gearbox last year.I have parts being delivered from Motorworks tomorrow.I need to have her ready for the farmyard rally on the 19th June.

Any dramas balancing the tyre? I use a level stand with shaft and bearings at either end. It's astounding the amount of weight required to get it perfect, even between different model tyres from the same tyre manufacturer!
