How to get the pins out:

1. Look very carefully at the small cutout next to the individual terminals. You need to make a tool with a blade that is no bigger than this (length x width) and about 20mm long.
2. Push the tool carefully into the cutout and push the tip of the tool down gently. This should depress the latch on the terminal.
3. Pull on the wires to slide the assembly out.

If you push down too hard you will destroy the terminal. New ones are available, but in quantities of 100 only from RS Components in the UK. See here:

If you don't need 100 female contacts bounce , you can get them single
from BMW...part # 61 13 1 459 104.
