The forum has a large number of users that never posted anything.
As the forum is there for people to exchange, users that never posted anything after 3 months of being registered will be deleted.
If these members want to keep their full access to the forum, they will have to post at least an introduction.

I totally agree Bert there have been a steady flow of new members who post nothing and often never even come near the forum again.

Agreed that it may be time for a purge of the unknown and unseen ranks. I have had 'new' members PM me asking a specific question about Big Block or if I have any Type 1 pannier keys left, & etc., (I'm not meaning those of you who are regular contributors - ask away) but who have become a member solely to source something for themselves. I welkome them to kontribute, but you more often never hear from them again. 

Around these parts, Bert, that gesture is meant for the king salmon that got away.

The BMW Club UK forum has a similar clean up, but it is after six months of inactivity.

Charge a non participation fee of say 5 dollars per month  payable bi yearly if these people just want to take from us lets use them to do any upgrades like that map thing that was being discussed recently . There is no free ride ,either contribute information or money.

I need to ask...has there been a call for funds to keep this forum happening? I must have missed it, but am extremely happy to contribute whatever is required for it to keep going. I realise that I no longer have a K bike, but over the last 10 or so years, have made and met many wonderful friends through this medium, and hopefully will be able to continue the correspondence and get-togethers via this forum.

So...if funds are required, yell out, I'm sure that many members here are only to happy contribute.
