This is frustrating. I just repaired 2 early K bike electrical problems and can't fix my own 1994 K. This is the series with the 4 little relays.

Starter works, no fuel pump. Wire the #6 fuse to the battery #, the pump runs, and the bike starts. Thinking it was the fuel pump relay. Pulled the relay holder to check the connections on the bottom, then swap the relay, no joy.

Then stupidity stepped in and swapped the other 3 relays trying for a quick fix..which means everything is messed up. Yep, can fix everyone else's bike except your own.

I can't find any diagram or parts explosion that shows the relay number AND relay location. I know it's only 4 relays but now I have 8 little relays and they all have different part numbers.

Fuel, horn and load shed use the same relay. 61311459677

So I can toss the 412 that somehow got into the mix. All 3 of the black relays are 677.

61311459677 is a four-pin make-only relay. The good thing about these is that you can fit a five-pin changeover relay in the same slot and it willl work equally as well; the middle rear 4.8mm terminal just isn't used or connected up. So if the 412 has five pins and the picture on the side shows a changeover configuration, don't toss it but keep it for a spare.
