Replace one of the forks due to a leak? You must mean fork seal...

The K1100LT fork set up would best be swapped in its entirety to your K100 as the brake callipers and discs (and wheels) are different and you'll need the larger 20mm master cylinder, etc., to have the right brake feel/pressure. If you're up to the task or not, there are people here who could talk you through it. It's not terribly difficult.
Gents?

Lesso!

I`m very sorry to be rude and say this in public....

But for your own (and others) safety....

Work with brakes I think you should hand over
to someone with more experience to this kind of work.

No one in here knows you in person, so your anonymity is taken care of.

As earlier said, I`m sorry about this..........I tought at first to send you a PM.

But I have also second thing in mind about going public...........it could be others reading this, which also have some brake work needed to be done......but in doubt about their experience.........they might think twice.

Brakes is an very important safety device....so you better know what you are doing.....for your own and others safety.

To deal with this some experience is needed (in my eyes),
and just a few days ago you admitted that you haven`t even changed a tire on a push bike...........my main reason to react about this.

Don`t take it personally..........it is as well meant for others which in doubt about their experience.

Brakes is first priority, you might not get a second try.
