Took the Beemer away for a long weekend to Newcastle and Sydney. Rained all the way from Guyra to Singleton, about 350km, then cleared up for the rest of the 4 days. The Brick went well; I think I have the chair set up pretty well now and the new rim with fat tyre gives better contact patch and confidence. I think I shaved a fair bit off my point to point times, without riding hard , just a steady 100-110kph. A littme bit more tow-in seems to allow for easier cornering and less chair in the air stuff. Fabulous riding weather! A quick 1500 or so km including sightseeing.
