How long does it take to change the timing chain tensioner from start to finish on an 1984 K100rs

What do I need to remove fairing etc and will I need loads of new gaskets etc. I have bought the new tensioners and 2 rubber gaskets one for the front cover and one for the valve cover. I lent out my manual and cant remember who too. Now I dont want to start a job if I cant finish it.

Has anyone any Idea how long the job should take for a methodical person. Assuming none of the bolts sheer etc. I need an abc of things to do like remove the fairing etc. if that is necessary.

many thanks

Martin
