Perhaps the bypass port at the master cylinder is plugged with debris? Remove all of the brake fluid from the master cyl reservoir with a squeeze bul followed by a pit of paper towel, till you can see down into the recess at the very bottom. There should be 2 holes drilled from the bottom of the reservoir into the master cylinder bore a tiny one and a slightly larger one. Gently probe down through each hole with a small piece of wire like a miniature paper clip to see if you can clear the blockage in one of the passageways. If so...........refill the (clean) reservoir 1/2 way with fresh clean fluid and VERY GENTLY, pump the lever.....maybe a few bubbles will be seen coming up through the fluid from the piston area.

Be very careful.....when you pull the lever, a JET of fluid may squirt up out of the reservoir at you or get on the paint, etc

Thanks Ibjman, it was a second seal on shaft. Somehow it get wider and even with stronger spring lever didnt return. I think is time to change both seals in front brake cylinder

Cheers

same thing can happen if you over fill the reservoir
you HAVE to leave about 10mm air in the top of the reservoir
