After about 20 years off bikes, my black 1992 K100 LT more or less found me six years ago and got me back on two wheels. 

As well as the fun of rolling all around Ireland, it has meant meeting a lot of new people and making some new friends. 

Will post a photo of the bike (much more interesting than one of me) soon.

You are very close to sgmayhew in Newtownpark Avenue so he will be quite pleased to find a fellow K rider for an occasional sojourn......

Hi Ya Blackrock, looks like us Aussies have some competition from you Irish guys here. I would suggest a football game but maybe at my age a game of how fast we were will have to do.

Would be a shame not to have a few 'nordies' in the forum, although Ringfad and myself to a lesser degree probably have some small claim to it the fact is that it is a really nice part of the country and, for those outside, the warmth and welcome is fantastic.

Somehow it would be nice to encourage a few more, we miss GMcQ and hope he might be back with us again, Mark is excellent company and maybe the challenge is to see if we can get some more takers for Stradbally and maybe a few more runs a bit further north than we have done. I for one am hoping to try to make a trip up north before the summer as well as our September one.

Think I spotted my old LT on the road a week or so ago.
He(?) had painted the mirror pods PINK to match his helmet! 
Now, where did I put my sawn off shotgun.
