Hi All,
I wonder if any of you have come across a glove similar to this

Am looking for Gloves like these Tan_gl11

I got them a few years ago in Tenerife.
possibly kangaroo skin but this I cannot confirm.
Unfortunately the shop is gone.
At the time they cost 15-20 euro.
I have seen similar but for lots more money ie $50-$90
They are light and very nice in summer weather.

If you spot similar let me know

They look like chamois or leather gloves I have bought here in Australia...if they get slimy when wet and the colour leeches out also when wet they are plentiful here.....soft and comfy but limited protection ...good for light welding and moving stuff around.

Hi Klompy,
Yea the chamois leather might be a better description.
Brother in FL reckons they are similar to a type he uses for working around the yard.
Could be right.
I'll keep lookin locally.

Called riggers gloves, not good for riding as they will come of you when you need them most.

Hi Rick G,
I know the type you mean but the one's I have are more like driving gloves.
Quite light and as you say would not be much use in a spill, but I don't plan to throw
myself off the machine in any case....
So the quest continues

No kangaroo; my guess: deerskin !
I've got a pair, yellow as in your pic; love them indeed. Very smooth but strong.
Got them from a good neighboor, who brought them from the States after visiting his daughter over there.
I just checked and found this supplier:
