Hi to everyone. I'm living in Poland and currently doing my own project from K100 rs 1985. But, I'm going to disapoint you a little because that won't another cafe racer. That will be fully functionable motorcycle for every day use, but on project.

Greetings from Poland 177912

There will be a lot of us not disappointed because we hate to see really nice good K's chopped up, often to dissimprove them!

The K in any form is a massively versatile bike and cheap and easy to maintain. Enjoy it and let us see some pics real soon!

Well said 88KE.  The classic K-bikes are well designed and easy on the eyes.  I'm amazed that so many owners think they can improve on what the factory did.
True story:  I recently went to a gent's house to pick up a used part for my K100RS.  In the garage, he showed me the bike it came from.  It was a K1100RS with about 22K on the clock; it had never been thrown down the road, there was no sign of neglect of any kind whatsoever; the fairing and all the other painted bits looked showroom new -- and the new owner was dismantling it, stripping it down to make a cafe racer!  My heart sank as I imagined the likely result from his chopping and dismembering.
On the return home, I tried to console myself with the thought that someone stands to get some very, very nice used parts for very little money.
It was little consolation.  Crying or Very sad

Hi Piotr welcome to the forum. It is great to see a true restoration being done. The answers to all your questions are here you only need to ask.

I'll not restore K bike to the previous origin look, but will change some parts to correspond to the modern bike. Anyway that will be for two person ride. That how looks when I bought it but the left side was after slide so damaged:

And that is a draft for how that should look like, just before complete dismantling:
